I checked back today and the Glacial Lakes Motorcycle Club Grand Tour info has been updated!  (http://www.glmc.org/grand_tour.php)

This year’s tour runs April 1st – September 30^th and is titled “Double Down”.  You will be looking for town names that have consecutive duplicate letters anywhere in the name, but not “LL”.  (We figure this is because double l’s are so common.)  As mentioned in our Looking Ahead article, for this tour, in each town you take a picture of your bike, rally towel, and something that has the town name on it. No green city limits signs, but you can use welcome signs put up by the locals.  To be considered a finisher you need 25 points for which you’ll get a t-shirt and entry into a first prize drawing. There are other drawing levels for other point levels. It’s $25 per person and all photos are submitted through the mail but you can choose whether to print them or send a cd, thumbdrive or SD card.

I’ve already checked and there are 50 locations (worth 51 points) in Washington alone!
